along the debt/equity spectrum, and advisory work such as M&A
and financial advice to private companies in Europe and Asia.
We do not offer advice about listings, or standard corporate
broking activities.
We also specialize in the use of derivatives in corporate
finance problem solving, and have a team dedicated to
securitisations.
The team members have extensive experience from the Bulge
Bracket banks, being alumni of Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, Lehman
Brothers, RBS, and bring many years of contacts and product
knowledge to bear.
